Sakriš, to není vyloučeno. Bylo to na nádvoří zámku. Ale dost podobnou jsem našel i ve volné půdě, ve Velké Úpě.

me to pripadne jako bobkovy list, roste mi to na zahrade a je to uplne stejny :-)

ale vavřín se musí zimovat, bylo to tak, aby to mohli přenášet dovnitř? v našich podmínkách nepřezimuje. Mám ho taky a na zimu dávám na chodbu, pokračuje v růstu, při letnění zmohutní...

a  protože  mám domovinu vavřínu projetou durch marš, tak vím, že vavřín vymrzá kousek od udine,takže roste tam, kde palmy. a kiwi, a pomeranče. u nás s vavřínem, tedy bobkovým listem venku nepočítejte. Ani omylem.navíc má bobek krásné listy, bez zvlnění i vroubků, ale má podobnmý plody, jako ten xindl, jak se stříhá na vánoce a roste mi za barákem už asi  tisíc let na jednom místě.

Má však větší přírustky a tvoří lístky celej rok¨.

ale ten xindl (u nas se tomu rika Mahon: http://www.ireceptar.cz/zahrada/okrasna-zahrada/mahonie-stalezeleny-dekorativni-ker-pro-stinna-mista/ ) ma vice vykrajovane listy, alespon ten, ktery jsme po byvalych majitelich podědili my... 

jinak s tou domovinou je to jiste, jak nedas pred zimou domu, pristi rok zbydou oci pro plac...

Zdravim, prosim o urceni tohoto kere/stromu? Roste to vysazene u rychlostni silnice, asi jako zpevneni brehu a vetrolam. Nasbiral jsem si semena, kdyby to bylo neco uzitecneho :-)

Je to určitě rod Elaeagnus - tedy hlošina, jak uvádíte v otázce. Jedná se o některý ze stálezelených východoasijských druhů, nejspíš (podle zvlněného listu a zrzavých šupin) o Elaeagnus pungens, který je z nich u nás asi nejodolnější. Plody u nás ale většinou nevytváří, začínají totiž kvést až na podzim.

Toto je Amorpha fruticosa - netvařec křovitý. Zajímavý je hlavně tím, že přežije v extrémních podmínkách (snáší sucho, sůl), jinak nic moc, možná jenom květy jsou zblízka pěkně fialové, a také hnojí půdu - má na kořenech hlízkové bakterie poutající vzdušný dusík (jako třeba akáty a čimišníky...).
